Patrick Haupt, 6-and 10 string guitarist is a artist of passion. Back in the early days he decided to play classical guitar, he explored the world of spanish guitar and vihuela music. At the same time big band concerts, orchestral music as well as CD and TV- broadcast productions in cooperation with local TV stations formed his musical career.
Over the last years he studied his beloved instrument with many renowned guitarists such as Dr. Thomas Bauser (BfM Sulzbach-Rosenberg), Siegbert Remberger (HfM Würzburg), Prof. Eduardo Fernandez (Uruguay), Janez Gregoric (Österreich) and many others, also he was invited to masterclasses for classical guitar and F.M. Alexander technique. His work as sales & marketing manager in music business give him a well-founded knowledge.
In many played concerts and recitals he showed what belongs to the art of classical guitar.
But also in his work as a music teacher he knows how to show his students the passion of playing this instrument.
At least in the past years he has worked together with guitarmaker and friend Martin Bretscher to elevate the instrument guitar to the next level.
